Welcome to Wilderness Wanderers. We are a couple of wanderers who love being out in the woods, enjoying nature, and sharing it with others. We started out with hiking and camping in various state and national parks and came to love spending time in the wilderness. That brought us to backpacking and backcountry camping – a pastime we soon came to love. We also love to bring our yellow lab with us whenever possible (which presents its own unique adventures and challenges!). This is the place where we share what we have learned and try to encourage others to spend more time outdoors!
